This foodie trend has been taking our feeds by storm. If you haven’t heard of a board party before, this hands-on indoor activity encourages everyone to prepare a specially curated food board. Inspired by the concept of a charcuterie board, you and your girls will get a chance to express your love for each other through food and feast together while doing this.

We’ll be the first to admit that this indoor activity is not for everyone, but if your group is up for something different, give a powerpoint party a shot.
How these work is that first a general theme for the party is selected. For example “everyone as a Disney princess,” “when we peaked,” or even “describing our group as brunch items.” Then each person creates a powerpoint presentation before the trip with their answers and gives detailed descriptions while you gather for the party.
This is a very interactive and playful activity that’s bound to get some laughs. And if your group is up to adding alcohol to this, you can turn it into a drinking game by having everyone drink any time the presenter says the words “um” or “like” in between thoughts.
